Terms of warranty

1. The Guarantor shall provide the Contractor with a guarantee for the good quality and efficient operation of the purchased luminaires.

2. The warranty period, counted from the date of sale of the luminaires to the Contractor, is 36/60months and covers only defects causedby causes inherent in the device.

3. Defects or damage to the luminaire revealed during the warranty period will be removed free of charge within 14 days from the date of delivery of the equipment to the service point, and if it is necessary to bring spare parts from abroad, the repair date will be determined by the interested parties individually.

4. Warranty repair does not include activities provided for in the instruction manual, which the User is obliged to do on his own and at his own expense (e.g. cleaning, installation, programming).

5. This warranty is granted for standard operating conditions in no more than 12 hours a day at an ambient operating temperature of -20°C ÷ +40°C. Exceeding the specified operating conditions will result in the loss of entitlement to the granted warranty.

6. The warranty does not cover the decrease in luminous flux and color of LED modules in accordance with the specification of a given luminaire, which are a normal and natural phenomenon.

  1. The following shall not be covered by the guarantee:

a. Damage caused by events such as: lightning strike, overvoltage in a power or ICT line, fire, flooding or other uncontrolled phenomena, independent of the Guarantor.

b. Mechoic damage to the equipment and defects caused by them (breakage, upholstery, cutting or breaking of connection wires, etc.);

  1. Damage caused by impulse overvoltages,
  2. Damage caused by connecting luminaires to electrical installations that do not meet applicable electrical standards,
  3. Udamage and defects resulting from the following:

- nimproper or inconsistent with the instructions and intended use of the equipment.

- nincorrect or not in accordance with the installation instructions,

- sinvoluntary repairs, alterations or structural changes.

8. The equipment to be repaired should be delivered to the service point together with a properly completed warranty card andproof of purchase.

9. It is recommended to provide the equipment in the original packaging. In the absence of factory packaging, the risk of damage to the equipment during transport to and from the service point shall be borne by the Contractor .

  1. In the case of delivery to the service of technically efficient equipment or requiring activities provided for in the instruction manual, the costs of cleaning, inspection, testing, transport may be transferred to the Applicant.
  2. This warranty card, together with the proof of purchase, is the only basis for exercising warranty rights.
  3. The rights and obligations of the parties are governed by the content of the provisions included in this agreement, which the Buyer should read before purchasing (the basis for resolving any discrepancies is the law in force in Poland).

13. The warranty is valid in the EU. Outside the EU, the warranty is carried out by local distributors.

14. The guarantee does not exclude, limit or suspend the buyer's rights under the provisions on warranty for defects in the item sold.
